This was a challenge for me as I was going through a rough time. I decided to create in my sketchbook as a part of my healing process after a difficult breakup.
I encourage others who are going through difficult times, who can not talk about it with others, to write and create in a sketchbook. Write down your feelings, your thoughts. Let it all out. You do not have to be an artist. All it takes is a pencil and a piece of paper. You will feel much better and begin healing, and moving on to much richer and rewarding opportunities!
