This sketchbook reflects images, thoughts and feelings regarding my mental health journey in the last three months. Where I started - and where I arrived are represented by the different art forms. I included simple ink drawings inspired by the mundane, evolving into more natural shapes. I explored themes of identity, and the repetitiveness and haphazardness of day to day life. The first page, includes stream of conscious thoughts about my fear of perfection and the "blank page." My work through this sketchbook documents my attempts to push past my fear of making marks on clean white pages and turning them into imperfect things.
